Help with your device
How can we help?
Get help connecting your Bloomie, managing your account, or understanding an app issue.
Contact BLOOMIE support
Support is provided by ABOUND ASIA Co Ltd. Include your phone model, app version if available, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help; hide personal details first.
Please do not send account passwords, Wi-Fi passwords, or confirmation codes.
Common questions
My Bloomie is not connecting
- Check that Bloomie is powered on and keep your phone close to it during setup.
- Turn on Bluetooth and allow BLOOMIE to use Bluetooth and your local network in your phone’s settings.
- Follow the app’s Add Bloomie instructions. If you are changing Wi-Fi, check the network name and password before trying again.
- For remote access, check that both your phone and Bloomie have internet access and that Bloomie is linked to your account.
If it still fails, email us with the exact message shown in the app and the step where it occurs.
I forgot my password or did not receive a code
Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and enter your account email address. Check spam or junk folders for the reset message. During email confirmation, use Send a new code if needed. Use the newest code you receive.
If you still cannot access your account, contact support from the account email address if possible.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and open Account → Delete account. Read the explanation, type DELETE, and choose Permanently delete account.
This removes your login account, cloud device links, and push registrations. Your Bloomies are released from the account. Their Wi-Fi settings and local settings remain on the devices. Deletion cannot be undone.
If deletion is interrupted, return to Account and retry. If you cannot sign in or complete the request, email support for help. See the privacy policy for details about retained device information and technical records.
Can I use BLOOMIE without an account?
Choose Continue without an account on the entry screen to use local controls. Account-linked remote access requires signing in and connecting your Bloomie to your account. Choosing local app use does not itself turn off a device’s cloud connection.
A reading looks old or the device shows offline
Check the reading’s last-updated time and the connection status. A cached reading can stay visible while the device is unreachable. Check device power, Wi-Fi, and internet access, then reopen the device screen. Contact support if new readings do not appear.
I need help with a firmware update
Keep Bloomie powered on and follow the instructions shown in the app. Keep your phone nearby when an update uses Bluetooth. If the update reports an error, note the message and contact support before repeatedly interrupting the update.
